Ordering Process

When you click on Buy This Map, you will be taken to your shopping cart which allows you to check which maps you have chosen. Here you can make changes to the number of maps you order and you choose the shipping option for the country to which your order is to be shipped.

Once you are happy with the contents of your shopping cart, you click on the PayPal logo to complete your purchase. You will be taken to our secure sales site which is handled for us by our associates at shopforprints. You may pay by credit or debit card.

If you prefer to pay by cheque, there is a button on the shopping cart page which allows you to print out the shopping cart details. Print it and post it, together with your cheque, direct to us at Brandling Park. Our address will be printed along with the shopping cart details but don’t forget to include your shipping name and address as well.

There is no VAT to pay on maps so the price shown is the price you pay.

On receipt of your order, shopforpints will wrap your map carefully, secure it in a strong, sealed tube and ship it direct to the address of your choice.


Shipping Options

In the UK we ship by First Class Recorded Delivery for £4.95.

Outside the UK, there are two shipping options: Surface Mail with a signature on delivery for £7.50 and Air Mail with a signature on delivery for £12.50.


Payment Methods

We accept credit and debit cards only through the secure PayPal system operated for us by shopforprints.

If you prefer to pay by cheque, please see the instructions above. Cheques must clear before shipping.


DeliveryTimes

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery within the UK and 28 days for delivery to the USA, Canada and Europe.


Returns policy

Payment for maps returned as new within 10 days of receipt will be refunded excluding the shipping charges.
